The house
is still there!
Considering my rather wild life the last few years, I am extremely
careful about entering my home in Fjällbonäs. I don’t
think I take as much part in the household as the average husband
does, not as much as feminists think I should. Dangerous for us machos.
I came home with a rental car from Toyotacenter in Gävle. Two
o’clock in the morning. The garage was still standing and the
door was locked, hmm…
But there were no packed bags at the front door, which I always see
as a good sign. I have heard about women getting tired of their husbands
and these have faced packed bags and a locked front door. If I were
to do that sort of house-cleaning I wouldn’t pack my wife’s
bags, I’d simply throw her things out the window, in the snow.
Sounds more correct. Eva has some city manners and she locks the door
in the evening. There was a key for me and everything was normal.
Yeeees, I managed another irresponsible trip, seen from a family perspective.
My trips, I maintain, are to find myself. Wonder what I’ll end
up as?
Brought a bag from a hotel, full of dirty things. The bag is marked
”Laundry”. Wonder if I should... No, it is probably not
worth it. I’d hear about it for years. I’ll do it myself.
The snow mobile hasn’t been moved and the winter is half over,
probably the shortest for me ever. Not too deep snow and already longer
days, it doesn’t get dark until four in the afternoon. Strange,
but only the next day it seems almost unreal that I have been away.
The mountain of mail tells me it’s almost two months since I
left.
Getting life’s experience is fun, at least sometimes.
