The art of creating happiness!
How do you find happiness? I have a big idol in this. One day my friend sat down and analysed the world and realised that everyday you are one day older, one day nearer death. He saw that life had an ending and decided to live lifes GL (Grand Luxe) instead of just L (Luxe) –old nomenclature for Volvo cars in the mid-70s. He saw that he wanted more from life than a Volvo 245, dog, house and snow mobiles in Lappland

He started comparing prices on bread in south Europe to find out where he could live in the winter and still allow himself a few pleasantries on his pension.

Now I have visited him in his home in central Belgrade and seen his new life, as far from moose hunting and snow mobiles as you can come. His earlier 120 kilos have been trimmed to a fit 90. I have a coffee mug that say ”A real man should weigh at least 90kgs”. My pal in Belgrade must watch out, so he is not declassified to something less than a man J If it continues he could make a business of it and start training camp Belgrade Light.

What have I learned from this visit? Well, it is that my fathers wise words are still valid: You waste the longest time worrying.
