Today we drove 845kms and stopped for the night in the Czech Republic. The day was fine, but in the evening the rains came back. As well as I can, I try to keep down my food intake during the day, to save time and money. Richard and Stefan both seem hardened types who manage without any food at all. A nice trait, specially for the boss, who is supposed to feed them J

Having worked in the woods all my life, I found the passage across the border mountains interesting. The pine trees on about 600 metres altitude are great to look at. This type of forest is not to be found where I come from. Pines, no blemishes and absolutely straight, some 30-35 metres tall, growing this high up.

Tomorrow we are entering Serbia and will meet up with one of my best sponsors through the years. He moved down here and found love. I look forward to an exciting evening with him.
